These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the YouGotRanked platform, operated by YouGotRanked ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using our services you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Who May Use YouGotRanked

YouGotRanked is a B2B SaaS platform intended for business users. You must:

Register with a valid company email address (personal email providers are not supported).
Be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organisation to these Terms.
Use the platform only for lawful, business-related purposes.

2. Our Services

YouGotRanked provides tools to track and analyse your brand's visibility across AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google AI Overview. Features include brand visibility scoring, competitor analysis, prioritised action plans, and AI Visibility Audit sessions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuation of the service.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify us immediately at hello@yougotranked.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are compromised.

4. Payments and Refunds

Certain features require payment. All prices are shown in USD. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By completing a payment you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.

Snapshot reports are single-purchase unlocks; they are non-refundable once the report has been generated and delivered.
AI Visibility Audit deposits are fully redeemable against any package you choose after the session. Cancellations requested more than 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
If we are unable to deliver a paid service due to a verified fault on our side, we will issue platform credits equivalent to the amount paid. If you would prefer a monetary refund instead, contact us at hello@yougotranked.com within 14 days of the failure and we will process it within 7 business days. Service failures must be reported within 14 days of purchase to be eligible.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform in bulk.
Use the platform to generate analysis for competitors of YouGotRanked.
Attempt to circumvent credit limits, paywalls, or access controls.
Upload or transmit malicious code or interfere with the platform's infrastructure.
Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and data within the YouGotRanked platform is owned by or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your own internal business purposes.

Analysis reports you generate are yours to use for your own business. You may not resell or redistribute them without attribution to YouGotRanked.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that:

Analysis results will be error-free or reflect real-time AI platform behaviour.
The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of bugs.
Any specific improvements in AI visibility will result from following our recommendations.

Any performance expectations discussed during an engagement are directional estimates, not guarantees. Specific commitments, if any, are agreed in writing at the time of engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@yougotranked.com. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for material breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the platform ceases and we may delete your data after a 30-day retention window.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
